The paddles are positioned to move the material in opposing lateral directions as well as radially. The paddle design is generally employed where friable materials are being blended, and when batches as small as 15% of the total capacity are going to be mixed in the blender
MIXER CUM ROASTER The Spice Roaster is used for roasting various types of Spices like Coriander, Fenugreek seeds, Fennel (Saunf), Bay leaf/Cinnamon leaf (TejPatta), Cumin (Jeera), Sesame etc. The Products are roasted for removing moisture contents, which reduces bacterial growth and increases self-life of the Products. As the heating is carried out by indirect heating method which reduces the aroma loss. In Spice Roaster Machine the heating is achieved through oil immersed Electrical heaters. The heating temperature is controlled through digital temperature controller which can be achieved up to 250 Deg. C.
The Spice Roasters are batch type machines and are supplied as a complete package consisting of process chamber, heating system, Drive unit, & pre wired control panel. The Spice Roaster machines are available in sizes ranging from 22 Ltrs. To 5000 Ltrs. Our specially designed spiral ribbons gives the best Roasting results due to Three dimensional action.
