✔MIXER CUM ROASTER The Spice Roaster is used for roasting various types of Spices like Coriander, Fenugreek seeds, Fennel (Saunf), Bay leaf/Cinnamon leaf (TejPatta), Cumin (Jeera), Sesame etc. The Products are roasted for removing moisture contents, which reduces bacterial growth and increases self-life of the Products. As the heating is carried out by indirect heating method which reduces the aroma loss. In Spice Roaster Machine the heating is achieved through oil immersed Electrical heaters. The heating temperature is controlled through digital temperature controller which can be achieved up to 250 Deg. C.
