AGITATOR

An Agitator is a machine used in a tank for mixing various process media together

Media include all liquid types, gases & solids (such as salts, powders, granules etc).

it works by rotating an impeller to impart energy to the media which interact and mix

The components of an agitator in general are the motor & gearbox, shaft & impellers selected for the duty.

An Agitator is used for mixing different process media – liquids, gases and solids in chemical addition or Pharmaceutical Ingredients. The agitator imparts energy through mechanical mean by rotating a shaft on which there is an impeller designed specifically for the duty.

An Agitator is generally made up of a three main components – a shaft with impellers, a mechanical seal and motor with option of gearbox for lower RPM duties.

Agitation of liquid is usally accomplished in a container equipped with an impeller such as propeller,paddle or turbine

The impeller is inserted into the liquid and rotated in such a manner as to cause both bulk motion and fine-scale eddies in the fluid

OIL COOLER

Oil cooling refers to a process in which oil is used as a coolant.

The oil is heated by the object it cools and then usually passes through a cooling unit such as an oil cooler, typically a type of radiator, or less commonly a gas decompresser.

The cooled oil flows back into the hot object to cool it continuously.

Oil cooling is most commonly used to cool high-performance motorcycle engines that are not water-cooled.

The cylinder barrel is air-cooled, as is commonly used for motorcycles, but the cylinder head may require additional cooling.

As there is already an oil circulation system available for lubrication, this oil is also piped to the cylinder head and used as a liquid coolant.

Overload clutch for motor safety.

Compared to an oil system used solely for lubrication, oil cooling requires additional oil capacity, a greater flow rate through the oil pump and also an oil-air oil cooler, or a larger oil cooler if one is already present.

RIBBON BLENDER

comprises of a U-shaped horizontal trough and a specially designed Double Helical Ribbon Agitator rotating within. Ribbon Blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending. The dimensions and configuration of the ribbons are carefully balanced to provide a movement of material within the container that avoids dead spots and gives rap id product discharge

An alternate design is the paddle agitator. The paddles are positioned to move the material in opposing lateral directions as well as radially. The paddle design is generally employed where friable materials are being blended, and when batches as small as 15% of the total capacity are going to be mixed in the blender

MIXER CUM ROASTER The Spice Roaster is used for roasting various types of Spices like Coriander, Fenugreek seeds, Fennel (Saunf), Bay leaf/Cinnamon leaf (TejPatta), Cumin (Jeera), Sesame etc. The Products are roasted for removing moisture contents, which reduces bacterial growth and increases self-life of the Products. As the heating is carried out by indirect heating method which reduces the aroma loss. In Spice Roaster Machine the heating is achieved through oil immersed Electrical heaters. The heating temperature is controlled through digital temperature controller which can be achieved up to 250 Deg. C.

The Spice Roasters are batch type machines and are supplied as a complete package consisting of process chamber, heating system, Drive unit, & pre wired control panel. The Spice Roaster machines are available in sizes ranging from 22 Ltrs. To 5000 Ltrs. Our specially designed spiral ribbons gives the best Roasting results due to Three dimensional action. Thus every particle comes equally in contact with the heating zone and being roasted equally.
